Very disappointed with client service. After paying a deposit for curtains we have not been receiving feedback, waiting 6 weeks for installation with no feedback. Shop assistants are unprofessional and not taking responsibility. No manager is available to escalate concerns. Will not recommend!

You can only advise against this business!We ordered 2 curtains in December, which we picked up.After we hung them, we discovered that one had a weaving error running the length of it.The correct curtain has still not been delivered after more than 3 months.We were fobbed off with the most absurd excuses.Despite repeated complaints on site, they are apparently unable to make 2 simple curtains.We have never experienced such lousy service! There is hardly any response to emails and availability by telephone also leaves a lot to be desired.The main thing is that they collected the money immediately.

Poor service. Staff don't answer their phone after order has been taken, also not the store's phone.Store closed on Tuesday at 16:00 - due to load shedding.Item was promised 4 days ago, still no item for collection.

0/5 would not recommend. Putrid service, shoddy work. Ten to fifteen working days turned into FIFTY FOUR working days.Our couches – one large three seater and two wingback chairs – were collected on 01/03/2022. We had met with sales agent Liezel the day before and she confirmed a 10 to 15 working day turnaround time. She gave us her cell number and said to contact her directly, as the shop number was not working. Counting down working days, skipping over the public holidays in between, we started following up. I was able to get hold of her telephonically twice – once she was not yet at work (09:30) and promised to phone me back when she gets there and follows up, the second she was at the dentist and promised to phone me back once she has followed up. Well...On 16/03, two days after the first call she replied via WhatsApp (after I tried phoning and she did not pick up), she said couches will be done end of the following week (+/- 25/03). I realised I would have to follow up via WhatsApp as she would deliberately dodge calls/not answer and not phone back – I would phone when I see she’s online, she does not answer.On 24/03 I asked for an update again. She was at the dentist and would let me know later. She did not. On 25/03, the day we thought we would get the couches, she sent a message saying they are still busy and will be done “in next week”. On 28/03 I asked again, she read my message, she was online throughout the day, but she never replied.We found a number for the shop and the number worked! My fiancé went down to the shop and spoke to the owner, Moosa, in person who said he doesn’t know why she promised the couches on the Friday (25/03), because they only received the material on the Thursday (24/03)!!? We stopped trying to contact Liezel and dealt directly with Moosa. It was not much better.He promised the large couch would be delivered by Tuesday 05/04. It was not delivered. It was eventually delivered on 14/04, 31 working days later, excluding public holidays and we still needed two more chairs. I took over following up with Moosa when my fiancé left for work abroad. On 26/04 I asked for an update, because they will not update you themselves. They were waiting for material, again/still and it will take another 10 to 14 working days.On Tuesday 17/05 I asked for an update and told him that it will be 14 working days on Thursday 19/05. He said they will be ready for delivery on the Thursday – exactly 14 working days. On Thursday I asked for delivery time. They could not deliver because of the rain – the rain stopped and sky cleared around lunch time – and I was told “probably tomorrow or Saturday depending on weather”. I got the delivery on Saturday 21/05, 54 working days, excluding public holidays, after they were collected with an original turnaround time of 10 to 15 working days for everything.We would’ve 100% understood if they didn’t have material and that was causing the wait, but we were never informed. Calls were dodged; impossible promises were made and not kept. Large couch looks embarrassingly bad. We are now covering it with a quilt.

I waited a week for an order. No one called when I followed up the lady who orders fabric was so dismissive blaming hertex yet no one called me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Worst service I've ever received before a purchase. Fortunately there's many hertex fabric suppliers around. I wonder if the owners are aware of the service we get. LIEZEL was my assistant.

After going to 5 different stores I was finally able to find the correct knitting needles here. Not only did I get what I wanted, but the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I just started knitting so my knowledge regarding the different types of wool and needles are still very limited. And without hesitating and with a friendly and welcoming attitude the lady not only explained to me how the different types of wool work, but also gave me a knitting pattern and explained every little detail. I would definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this place

Messy but everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All kinds of material but no prices on the rolls so staff are always on hand to ask. Very reasonable prices.Shop is a bit dilapidated and rolls of material and equipment are in random piles. Bit overwhelming by the amount of stock. Very tight to move around between material roll shelves.
